In accordance with global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that appear to be opened, tried, or used.

Exchanges

(if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving the product. Exchange is possible only after verification from our end.

Shipping

To return your defective product, you should mail your product to: Mitr Marketing 112 Building No 1 Diamond Industrial Estate Dahisar East Mumbai – 400068 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend that you use a method that allows you to track the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Kindly include the following information along with your return, and please drop us an email of the same at [email protected] The information must include your name, address, phone number, the word ‘refund’, and original order number. As soon as we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will refund the credit/debit card used to purchase the item. Please note, it takes an average of 15 days business days to refund a credit/debit card. Please mention your Google Pay or Paytm numbers if any for a refund.
